PRP Vampire Facial
How Does PRP Work?
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy stimulates collagen production and triggers a skin rejuvenation process to combat the signs of ageing, leading to tighter, clearer, lifted and more youthful looking skin.
Blood platelets contain large numbers of healing properties and growth factors. By isolating and separating the PRP from your blood, we have a concentrated, naturally occurring golden fluid, often referred to as 'Liquid Gold'. The PRP is then injected into precise locations, targeting areas of concern.
To further intensify the process, PRP is combined with Microneedling (Vampire Facial) to penetrate the skin and soften fine lines and wrinkles. This procedure increases collagen production, improves volume loss and skin tone and gives back your youthful appearance.
PRP is an excellent treatment for deeper skin concerns including acne, dark eye circles and hair thinning.

What Happens During the Treatment?
The platelets in your blood contain large numbers of growth factors, they are your body's first responders for healing and they promote cell regeneration.
A small amount of blood is taken from your arm in the same way as if you were having a blood test taken by your doctor. This blood is then placed in a centrifuge and spun to separate the plasma from the other blood components. PRP is then isolated and injected back into the skin to promote new collagen growth.
PRP therapy is very safe and continues to be used in various medical fields since the 1970s. There is no risk of allergy or rejection as the PRP is obtained from your blood, meaning the concentrated natural growth factors are only meant for you.
The healing properties of plasma are proven in aesthetic treatments for:
Reducing fine lines and wrinkles
Tightening and toning skin
Brightening uneven skin tone
Mild collagen and volume loss
Crow’s feet and dark under eye circles
Large pores/rough texture
